The mission of ARPA is to uphold and defend the constitutional rights related to firearms, promote public safety and national defense, provide education and training in marksmanship and firearm safety, advocate for hunting as a sport and conservation method, encourage competitive shooting, oppose legislation conflicting with constitutional rights, support youth shooting programs, and participate in the Civilian Marksmanship Program and the NRA.
